By now you’ve probably seen this headline from a major media outlet: “College Football Recruiting: Some Schools Offer More Scholarships to Students With Special Needs.”
It’s pretty much a lie.
In fact, most colleges are now more lenient on special needs than they used to be, and that’s the reason for this increase in the number of students enrolled in college.
According to the National Center for Education Statistics, in 2012-13, 19 percent of all students enrolled were enrolled with a disability.
That number has grown by almost five percentage points in the past five years, with over a third of these students enrolled with an impairment.
In the past decade, there have also been increases in the proportion of students who were in special education, including for special needs.
But the number is still far lower than it was a decade ago, which is why there’s been an increased emphasis on special education as a priority.
This focus on special schools is a huge step forward, and the trend is likely to continue in the future.
As mentioned, the focus on more scholarships for special-needs students is a major shift from the past.
In 2006, there was no federal funding for scholarships to special-education students, meaning that there were no scholarships to cover special needs at all.
This was especially unfortunate for students like David Wren, who was a student at Ohio State University when the federal government began providing more federal funding in 2009.
He was in the special education program for students with autism, and was awarded a scholarship by Ohio State that he was only able to use because of Ohio State’s financial aid.
Wren says that while he and other students were excited about receiving a scholarship, it was more important for the school to keep their doors open to other students with disabilities.
He says that he ended up transferring to another school, and now he has to use a different scholarship because of the financial need of his disability.
The federal government was already beginning to address special needs by giving states more flexibility to provide financial aid for special education students in their schools, and by establishing a federal Special Education Scholarship Fund, which allows states to provide more scholarships and funding for students who are eligible for federal assistance.
Ohio State has not responded to requests for comment on Wren’s case, but according to its website, “special education students receive more than $4.5 billion in financial aid each year, and Ohio State is committed to providing the best education possible for students of all abilities.”
It is a trend that has been happening across the country, with schools across the state of Wisconsin, which has a population of more than 70,000, making significant strides in this area.
The state recently implemented an innovative special education policy that requires students to complete special education courses in high school or college before being eligible for special aid.
The policy also allows students to use their own resources to meet the special needs of their students.
Ohio’s policy is also a major reason why the number the number and percentage of students in the state is so high.
Wisconsin is one of the states that have implemented a new special education strategy, one that is based on students learning from a variety of sources, and also includes programs like special education support groups and support groups for parents.
This approach is working in Ohio and other states.
According in the Washington Post, Ohio is now home to more than 3,000 students with Special Needs enrolled in a program that allows students with developmental disabilities to access financial assistance.
These students have been able to receive assistance with college costs, as well as college credit and scholarships.
The fact that students who have disabilities have access to financial assistance is a positive development for all students, regardless of their disability status.
The question now is whether or not this trend will continue.
The current trend towards more scholarship for special schools shows that more and more schools are stepping up their efforts to address this issue.
This means that if you are interested in learning more about special needs, be sure to visit the National Alliance for Special Education or the Special Education Alliance.
As for David Wint, he has not been able a college scholarship in his life, but he is planning to use this to get his son a scholarship.
This decision is still a long way off, and it will take a while for this to take root, but it’s a start.
